• Up to 2 hours of combined support or repairs per month
• Guaranteed response within 48 hours during business hours (9am-9pm EST)
• Monthly ProCare Checkups for up to 2 approved devices
• $30/hr for additional support or repairs over the allotted 2 hours (regularly $40/hr)
Professional
$100/month
• Up to 5 hours of combined support or repairs per month
• Priority response within 24 hours during business hours (9am-9pm EST)
• Monthly ProCare Checkups for up to 5 approved devices
• $1.25/mile travel fee outside of the proper Virgie, KY area (regularly $1.50/mile)
• $27.50/hr for additional support or repairs over the allotted 5 hours (regularly $40/hr)
V I P
$250/month
• Up to 10 hours of combined support or repairs per month
• Emergency response within 12 hours during business hours (9am-9pm EST)
• Monthly ProCare Checkups for up to 10 approved devices
• Quarterly system audits and performance reports
• $1/mile travel fee outside of the proper Virgie, KY area (regularly $1.50/mile)
• $25/hr for additional support or repairs over the allotted 10 hours (regularly $40/hr)

ProCare Checkups are designed to keep your devices performing at their best — before problems arise.We run performance diagnostics, review system health, clear junk files, and ensure updates are running smoothly. From RAM usage to app startup times — we keep your tech lean and efficient.We also take time to test the software and tools you rely on most — whether that’s Lightroom for a photographer, Discord for a gamer, or remote work apps for a business owner.If it matters to you, it matters to us.Each ProCare Checkup includes a health and performance review of your covered devices. Tasks may include:-Storage usage & cleanup recommendations
-CPU/RAM/memory pressure monitoring
-OS & app update review
-Login item and startup process check
-Network/Wi-Fi performance check
-Security review (firewall, AV, suspicious activity)
-Backup & sync status (iCloud, OneDrive, Time Machine)
-Personalized testing of apps and processes you rely on (creative, gaming, business, etc.)
